Availability

I currently work on a part-time basis, with the following session availability:

Monday to Thursday (evenings) between 6:00p.m. to 9:00p.m.

Fridays from 9:00a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Availability within these times may vary. Please feel free to get in touch to check current availability.

I know that sometimes it can be difficult to find the time to fit things in. If none of these times feel suitable, I may also be able to offer sessions on Saturday mornings. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss availability and I will try my best to accommodate your needs.

How much does it cost?

Introductory Call

Free (£0)

I offer a free 20-minute introductory telephone call, as an opportunity to briefly talk about what you’re looking for and to see whether counselling with me feels like the right fit.

This is not a therapy session, and there is no obligation to continue.

Online or Telephone Session

£55

All sessions are 50 minutes in duration (often called the 'therapeutic hour').

Sessions take place online or by telephone. Many people find these options flexible and accessible. You’ll need a reliable internet connection or phone signal, and a private space where you can feel comfortable and speak openly during our time together.

I am sometimes able to offer concession rates depending upon your circumstances. Please feel free to get in touch if this would help make therapy more accessible for you.
